I'm getting a crown/bridge. Should I whiten my teeth before or after?
Crowns and bridges are made of a material that does not bleach like normal teeth. The color your dentist selects for your crown/bridge will be it's permanent color. Unless told otherwise, dentists will make your crown/bridge match the color of your current teeth. It's important to make sure that your teeth are the exact shade you want before getting your crown/bridge, so let your dentist know in advance that you want your teeth whitening before the procedure.
